Getting Started
Optivyro helps Meta optimise for real revenue-driving actions in your funnel — not weak signals like clicks or page views.
If you run Meta ads into a landing page and then convert people inside Telegram Optivyro bridges that gap and sends the right events back to Meta.
This guide shows you how to:
- Create a workspace
- Connect your Admin Telegram + Telegram channel
- Connect Meta Pixel + Access Token
- Install your tracking link/script on the landing page
- Understand deposits + approvals
- Understand events and how they are sent to Meta
🧠Core Concepts
Workspace = one funnel
A workspace represents one complete funnel or offer. Example: one broker offer, one telegram channel, one landing page.
Events = what Meta learns from
Optivyro sends events to Meta so your campaigns can optimise based on what actually matters. The more your events reflect “money intent”, the better Meta can learn.
| Event | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Joiner | Lead joined your Telegram channel/group from your funnel. |
| JoinerDM | Lead messaged the Admin Telegram account after they joined the channel. |
| AdminDM | Lead messaged the Admin Telegram account using the link with the prefilled message. |
| Deposit | Lead deposited (either auto-sent or manually approved). |
🏗️ Create a Workspace
Go to Workspaces and click Create Workspace.
- NameGive your workspace a clear name (e.g. “XYZ Signals”).
- Slug (optional)Slug is the URL-friendly identifier. If you leave it blank, Optivyro will generate one.
- CreateYour workspace will appear in the list immediately.
Events Settings Delete
Events and Settings are explained below. Delete removes the workspace.
⚙️ Workspace Settings
Workspace Settings is where you connect everything Optivyro needs to operate: Telegram, Meta, tracking, and deposit behaviour.
1) Admin Telegram
Admin Telegram is the Telegram account Optivyro monitors for incoming lead messages to track AdminDM and JoinerDM events.
- Open Workspace → Settings → Admin Telegram
- Follow the connect flow
- Once connected, Optivyro can track incoming DMs relevant to this workspace
2) Telegram Channel
This is the Telegram channel/group your leads join after your landing page. Optivyro uses this to attribute “Joiner” actions to your Meta traffic.
- Follow the instructions and add @OptivyroChannelBot as an Admin in your channel
- Send the command shown in your channel to link it to Optivyro
3) Meta Pixel
Connect your Pixel so Optivyro can send server-side events (CAPI) to the correct Meta asset.
- Enter your Pixel ID
- Enter your Access Token
- Optionally enter Test Event Code when testing
4) Tracking Links
Tracking links allow Optivyro to capture the original Meta click and correctly attribute everything that happens later in your funnel — including Telegram joins, conversations, offer clicks, and deposits.
Each link type exists for a specific step in the funnel. Using the correct link at the correct place is critical for clean attribution and accurate Meta optimisation.
| Link Type | Where to place it | What it tracks |
|---|---|---|
| Join | Telegram join button or redirect | Tracks when a user joins your Telegram channel or group from the funnel. |
| Admin_DM | Button or link that opens a DM with your admin | Tracks when a user opens a direct conversation with your Telegram admin. |
| Offer Click | Send to leads to sign up to the broker / prop firm | Tracks when a lead clicks through to the actual offer like broker sign up link |
| Deposit | Send to leads after they confirm deposit | Tracks confirmed deposits. This can be auto or manually approved depending on your deposit settings. |
How to use them correctly
- Use the Join link for any "Join Channel" buttons
- Use the Admin_DM link for any “Message us”, “Contact admin”, or support button
- Use the Offer Click link when sending users to a broker / prop firm
- The Deposit link is sent to leads after they have made their deposit
